Well, you've done it! You've made it.
Near the ship on Volcano Island, there is a female pirate merchant. she, as far as i know, is the only NPC accessible
this way.
Also, no caves (including the volcano) are accessible.
The red lines show where flight is definitely possible. Hatchet Crab Island links the three other islands together.
